She is a wealth of knowledge, but also the most warm and lovely Doctor you will ever meet. I have also started getting massages with Jack to rehab after surgery and he has been amazing as well. I highly recommend coming for acupuncture and a massage!

After getting treatment from Lynda, after a few weeks my pain level has gone down substantially. I look forward to the cuppings because it gives great relief and me feeling less stiff.   • This review is for Jack, the masseuse at Elements of Wellness. I've gotten massages here and there throughout the years, but honestly never really enjoyed them or felt the benefit of getting one. They were either too intense and painful, or felt like the masseuse was following a routine and did not really address particular issues I was experience. Jack is so intuitive and knowledgeable. He really has a gift of healing and can tell how/what is ailing you. He is kind and sensitive, and the experience is truly relaxing. If I go too long without getting a massage, I can feel and sense the difference now. He utilizes a variety of techniques, and approaches each part or side of the body differently, depending on what you need. I can't recommend Jack enough!

As someone who is extremely active and has had multiple injuries, Jack is really great about pinpointing the root of the pain. Elements of Wellness is located in Costa Mesa, CA, and proudly serves patients from across Orange County, including Newport Beach, Huntington Beach, Fountain Valley, and Irvine. Our clinic is easy to access, between the 405, 73, and 55 freeways, with convenient parking for our patients. We are in the building complex called The Waters at Creekside, and nearby the CAMP, and the LAB Anti-Mall in Costa Mesa.
